We are proud to showcase LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Women authors and characters, giving voice to diverse perspectives and stories. By doing so, we hope to create a space where our awesome customers can see themselves reflected on our shelves.

Meet Nicole!

Hi! I am the owner of The Gilded Prose, a lifelong reader who decided her dream of owning a bookshop would stop being a dream and become reality. Growing up, I spent so much time at the library that being surrounded by books became my comfort. I want other people to feel that as well.

In addition to my passion of books I am a mom of four (+2 cat babies), awesome wife (who's husband's free labor makes this possible), mega Swiftie, avid television aficionado, all around hyper focusing dork, who needs an excuse to spend the rest of my days reading "for business purposes."
